L&W Supply acquires longtime industrial space near Interstate 44
L & W Supply purchased an industrial building in Oklahoma City for $6.5 million, or approximately $139 per square foot, from ESO Properties, a private entity.
The single-story industrial property at 11301 S. Interstate 44 Service Road totals 46,746 square feet and was built in 1980. The buyer was a long-term tenant of the building.
L&W Supply is part of ABC Supply Co., one of North America’s largest wholesale distributors of roofing supplies and a major distributor of siding, windows and other building products.
The fully-leased property last traded in December 2021 for $2.6 million, or about $56 per square foot.
