Scott Heiple, CCIM is the Owner and managing broker of HCB Commercial Real Estate Co., LLC. Scott received his real estate license in 1986 when in college, at the age of 20, and graduated with a B.B.A. in Real Estate/Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1988. Scott got his Broker’s license in 1988 after graduating and was headed to law school to practice law with his father, when he decided to give real estate a try first. That was 35 years ago and today, HCB Commercial Real Estate Co., LLC is a thriving commercial real estate company handling transactions of every type and size. Scott received the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager) designation in 2007 and has used his personal skill set and knowledge to help his many clients achieve their goals.
