Terex Corp. Sells Industrial Building for Nearly $34.3 Million
Canoo, an American automotive startup based in Torrance, California, that develops and manufactures electric vehicles, acquired a sprawling industrial building near Interstate 40 in Oklahoma City for almost $34.28 million, or about $54 per square foot, from Terex Corp.
The 637,041-square-foot manufacturing facility is located at 9528 I-40 Service Road. It features 40-foot clear heights, three-phase heavy power, four loading docks and 65 drive-in bays.
The facility is expected to produce new vehicles for delivery to customers by the end of this year.
