Hilltop Village Trades Between Two Individual Investors
The Hilltop Village in Midwest City, Oklahoma, has a new owner.
An individual investor paid $4.13 million for the 86,600-square-foot, five-building shopping center on South Air Depot Boulevard. The deal comes out to nearly $48 per square foot.
The center was built in 1974 just north of Interstate 40 and about 8 miles east of downtown Oklahoma City. Tenants include JM’s Gems & Minerals and Lucky’s Bingo, with about 11,500 square feet currently available for lease, or 13.25% vacancy going in.
