Deal Commentary: The Preiss Co. and Crow Holdings Capital paid nearly $43 million to buy Aspen Heights Norman, a 192-unit, 684-bed student housing complex located near the University of Oklahoma campus. The property has since been rebranded as the Collective at Norman.
