Oklahoma industrial property sells for $2.55 million

ICT Capital divests fully leased El Reno building occupied by SiteOne Landscape Supply
Brian Torry, a private individual, acquired a one-story industrial property at 16399 W. U.S. Highway 66 in El Reno, Oklahoma, from Wichita, Kansas-based ICT Capital for $2.55 million, or $280.13 per square foot.
The 9,103-square-foot warehouse was constructed in 2020 and sold as an investment transaction. The property is fully leased to SiteOne Landscape Supply, with the tenancy running through May 2036.
