1Sharpe Pays $6.3 Million for The Wynn at Edmond Crossing
A California- based investment firm acquired The Wynn at Edmond Crossing, a garden-style apartment complex in Oklahoma City suburb Edmond for $6.3 million, or about $63,000 per unit.
1Sharpe acquired the complex from Miles Multi Family, which originally acquired the property in 2017 for $5.6 million. The Wynn at Edmond Crossing was renovated in 2013.
Located at 3621 Wynn Drive, the apartment complex was built in 1972 and underwent renovations in 2013, according to CoStar data. The Wynn at Edmond Crossing offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans, ranging in size from 724 to 1,180 square feet.
