Last Mile Investments acquires fully leased Shoppes at Crimson Park in Norman, Oklahoma
Last Mile Investments acquired Shoppes at Crimson Park, a one-story retail property at 2627 Classen Blvd. in Norman, Oklahoma, from Fleske Commercial Group for $4.5 million.
Built in 2009, the 19,516-square-foot property was fully leased at the time of sale, carrying a capitalization rate of 7.83%, according to CoStar data.
The property was initially listed at $4.98 million and was on the market for 133 days prior to closing.
Last Mile Investments holds a portfolio of 80 properties totaling approximately 1.8 million square feet. Retail properties account for nearly 99% of the company’s total holdings by property count, according to the company.
