Private investor acquires fully leased, century-old office property in downtown Oklahoma City
A private investor acquired the Magnolia Building, a five-story office property at 722 N. Broadway Ave. in Oklahoma City, from another private investor for $4.6 million.
Built in 1919, the 31,596-square-foot building was fully leased at the time of sale.
The buyer plans to convert the office property into a boutique hotel.
