Head Capital Partners buys 88,538-square-foot retail center from Mazaheri Properties
Head Capital Partners acquired Quailbrook Plaza, an 88,538-square-foot retail center at 4401 W. Memorial Road in Oklahoma City, from Mazaheri Properties for $14 million.
The single-story property, built in 1987, sold as an investment transaction with a capitalization rate of 7.55%, according to CoStar data.
The property was 88% leased at the time of sale, with 11,067 square feet of vacant space. The market asking rent stands at $17.34 per square foot, according to CoStar information.
The purchase expands Head Capital Partners’ portfolio to seven owned properties totaling 418,351 square feet.
