Speculative Development Set to Open in Mid-2021
Construction is underway on two, 80,000-square-foot industrial buildings at North Interstate 35 and Britton Road in Oklahoma City.
The two-building industrial park, called Britton Commerce Center, is being developed on a speculative basis with all rentable space available for lease at the time construction began.
Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2021.
