2 Industrial buildings sold for $195/psf
A pair of Oklahoma City facilities, which are the homes to biopharmaceutical company Cytovance Biologics, have traded hands in an $11.75 million deal.
GBP Properties, a commercial real estate investor and manager that primarily targets industrial properties in the U.S. and Mexico, paid $195 per square foot for the two properties off Interstate 235 near Uptown.
The portfolio consists of 100 NE 30th St. and 3500 N. Santa Fe Ave., two 30,000-square-foot properties that were built in the last decade as build-to-suits for Cytovance. Founded in 2005, Cytovance is a biopharmaceutical contract development and manufacturing organization of gene therapy biologics that in recent months has helped produce and deliverCOVID-19 vaccines for distribution. The two facilities provide office, lab and warehouse space to the company.
