New Jersey Firm Completes Deal for Grocery-Anchored Shopping Center

First National Realty Partners out of New Jersey has closed on a grocery-anchored shopping center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for its first investment in the state.

The real estate investment firm out of New Jersey completed a deal with GBR Properties for Summit Square, a 166,552-square-foot center located about 10 miles southeast of downtown Tulsa at 7104 S. Sheridan Road.

First National acquired the property for $17 million, or about $102 per square foot.

Built in 1987, the center is 96% occupied and anchored by a 66,455-square-foot Reasor’s Supermarket. Other tenants include Tuesday Morning, Bravo’s Mexican Restaurant and American Freight, according to CoStar information.

“Reasor’s recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation which will help establish Summit Square as being one of the premier shopping centers in the area.
