Kessinger Hunter Picks Up Fully Leased Industrial Building
Kessigner Hunter Capital Markets Group has purchased a fully leased distribution facility in Oklahoma City for $9 million, or about $62 per square foot.
The Kansas City, Missouri-based firm acquired the industrial building from Iron Mountain, which originally bought the facility in 2015 for $8.15 million, according to CoStar data.
Kessinger Hunter also secured a $3.5 million loan for the purchase through Tulsa, Oklahoma-based BOK Financial.
Located at 11300 N. Partnership Drive, the building totals 145,000 square feet and was built in 2002. The facility is 100% occupied by Iron Mountain, Propak Corp. and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits.
